uPVC fascias, soffits & guttering
Tired timber fascias and soffits let rain into your roof and walls, and it only gets worse. Bebbs Building Co Limited replace them across Telford and Shropshire with crisp white uPVC, so your home stays dry, looks sharp and needs nothing for years.
The warning signs
Timber fascias that need painting every couple of years are usually holding damp. The paint is the symptom, not the problem.
Dark streaks and green algae down the boards mean water is sitting where it should be running away.
If a board flexes when pushed, or the gutter line dips, the timber underneath has started to rot.
Holes where soffits have failed are an open door for birds, wasps and squirrels to nest in your roof space.
Water pouring over the front in heavy rain runs straight down your walls, and eventually finds its way inside.
Stains on upstairs ceilings or the tops of walls are often the roofline failing, not the roof itself.
Soffits and fascias are the frame that keeps rain out of your roof and walls. Once water gets behind them the damage spreads fast, and quietly. Catching it early keeps a small job from turning into a big one.
What we fit
The board your gutter fixes to. We strip out the water-damaged timber and fit clean, low-maintenance white uPVC, no more peeling paint, rot or repainting.
The panel that closes off the underside of the eaves. Ventilated where it needs to be, so your roof breathes and stays dry.
Properly-fallen gutters that actually carry the water away, not down your walls. Cleared, repaired or replaced.
The finishing boards on your gable ends, replaced to match and seal the roofline the whole way round.
Fascias, soffits, gutters and trims, the complete set renewed in one tidy job so it all matches and all lasts.
Loose, cracked or leaking sections put right quickly, before the next spell of weather makes it worse.

Based in Telford, we look after homes right across the area. If you are nearby and not sure, just ask.
Good to know
Sometimes a single length or a bracket is all that is needed. Other times the timber behind has gone and it is better value to renew the run. We will always tell you honestly which it is, and never sell you a full replacement you do not need.
It can come down to personal choice. uPVC is low maintenance: it does not need painting, it is easy to keep clean and it will not rot, though you would not want uPVC on a listed or period building. We fit both, and we can give you an estimate on whatever suits your property and what you are after.
It depends on the access to your home and the property itself. For most houses we can work safely from access towers; on taller or trickier ones we will arrange a proper scaffold and include it in your price up front.
It depends on the size of your home and the state of the boards behind. We get on with it and work as efficiently as we can without cutting corners, and we will talk you through what is involved when we give you your estimate.
It depends on the size of your home, the material you choose and how much has to come off. That is exactly why the inspection and written estimate are free, so you get a real price for your house, not a guess over the phone.
